Day 1. Sydney to Huskisson, Jervis Bay
Take the coast road via the Sea Cliff Bridge into Wollongong and onto the lovely historic coastal town of Kiama. Continue onto Huskisson on the shores of Jervis Bay.
Jervis Bay - Spend the day in quintessential coastal Australia. Two National Parks dominate the area, the Bay itself is a Marine Park with Dolphin and Whale watching available from Huskisson. Booderee National Park flanks the southern end of the bay and is home to the Dhurga people, it"s a coastal paradise of crystal waters and pure white sands.

Day 2. Jervis Bay to Mollymook
Are you a gourmet food lover? Pre book a table at Rick Stein at Bannisters .
Mollymook - Put on your walking shoes and take your beach towel for the 2km long beach walk from town to Bannisters point. If you want to try surfing, famous Australian champion surfer Pam Burridge www.pamburridge.com has surf school. If you"re a golfer try the 9 hole beachside course Mollymook Golf Club

Day 3. Mollymook to Depot Beach
A short travel day. On the scenic drive to Depot Beach, stop in at Ulladulla, Dolphin Point, Bawley Point before you reach Depot Beach in the Murramarang National Park. The Rainforest walk is an easy afternoon activity meeting lots of fury locals along the way and ending back at the beach. Make sure you pre book your campsite here, spaces are limited and it"s not to be missed.

Day 4. Depot Beach to Narooma
Take your time and visit Batemans Bay, Sunshine Bay, Lilli Pilli, Guerilla Bay, Broulee, Moruya, Eurobodalla National Park - Potato Point, Dalmeny on route to Narooma. Another great coastal Golf course on offer here www.naroomagolf.com.au.
This is a good town to reprovision (hold off on the cheese buying, see why below).

Day 5. Narooma to Bermagui
Today you discover more of the Eurobodalla region, 20km south of Narooma turn onto the Corkhill Rd following the Bellbird Scenic Drive and stop in at Tilba. Recently made famous by “River Cottage Australia” Foxtel TV series. Head to ABC Cheese Factory for offerings straight from the local dairies.
Take a walking tour with Tilba Talks Heritage Walk and then head to Bermagui via Tilba Tilba.
Bermagui - Nestled in a protected harbour not only is there pristine beaches and stunning scenery this is a great place to pick-up a deep-sea fishing charter.
Try something different and enrol in the “Honorbread” sough dough class www.honorbread.com or just eat it!

Day 6. Bermagui to Merimbula
Don"t rush on the Tathra-Bermagui Rd through Mimosa Rocks National Park to Tathra and the Sapphire Coast Dr. into Merimbula. Beautiful sights at every turn. Another great spot to pick up a fishing charter.

Day 7. Merimbula to Mystery Bay
Half an hour outside Merimbula in the Sapphire Coast hinterland is Australia"s unofficial cheese capital - Bega. Pick up a sample of the offerings from the Bega Cheese Heritage Centre then take the scenic drive back down to a special little place - Mystery Bay.
This will be an adventure, all the sites at the campground are unpowered, but it"s worth the inconvenience. (keep going to Narooma if you need power).

Day 8. Mystery Bay to Moruya Heads
Toragy Point above Moruya is a great spot for dolphin and whale watching.
If you"re visiting in January you might catch the Moruya Cup race day. On Tuesdays reprovision at the SAGE farmers market in Moruya, this authentic market offers farm to plate produce of outstanding quality.

Day 9. Moruya Heads to Berry
A longer drive today back up the coast, stop in at Batemans Bay and try the Clyde River oysters then straight onto Berry. This graceful little historic town has lovingly maintained heritage buildings and loads of gourmet eating and drinking.

Day 10. Berry to Bowral
Leaving the coast behind travel into Kangaroo Valley, stop in on the Pioneer Village Museum and try the Pies at Bakehouse.
Continue on to spectacular Fitzroy Falls then through Moss Vale to Berrima where a visit to the Courthouse is a must.
For the last night of your trip pre book a dinner at one of the many award winning restaurants in Bowral.

Before returning to Sydney spend time enjoying the largest town in the Southern Highlands. All cricket enthusiasts need to spend a few hours at Bradman Museum and International Cricket Hall of Fame. Then a quick 1 hour trip up the M31 to Sydney.
